Wishing you all a warm, healthy, and thriving 2026. My name is Shveta Gupta, and I am a pediatric hematologist-oncologist. I am honored and deeply grateful to serve as your CAPI President for 2026.

This year, we will focus on strengthening our physician community, expanding leadership and mentorship pathways, and advancing thoughtful innovation in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Shivam Dubey, MD, FAPA, FPMHE

Dr. Shivam Dubey, MD, FAPA, FPMHE is a board-certified adult psychiatrist, educator, and social-impact leader dedicated to advancing preventive mental health education. After completing his psychiatry residency through the Harvard South Shore Psychiatry Residency Program, he built a career that combines clinical care with community education, innovation, and global service.
