we may collect Personal Information such as your Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Professional credentials, Practice information, Billing information, Payment information (credit card information is not stored by us and is processed securely through third-party providers), and any additional information you choose to provide.

When you visit Our Sites, we may automatically collect IP address; Browser type and device information; Pages visited and usage data; and Referral sources.

CAPI does not sell personal information.

CAPI does not sell, rent, or share email addresses with outside organizations without permission, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services through trusted vendors.

Credit/DEBIT Card Information
We do not receive or store any credit/debit card information. Any credit card information you provide for registration or renewal of membership or with respect to any Services is collected and processed by a third-party processor and is subject to that third-party processor’s own privacy policy.
